This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for MapAnim purchases, subscriptions, licenses, credits, premium features, and other paid digital services provided by Shenzhen Tapyin Technology Co., Ltd., the operator and owner of the MapAnim brand.

MapAnim is a travel map animation app and service provided by Shenzhen Tapyin Technology Co., Ltd.. It allows users to create animated travel route videos, map videos, route visualizations, and related media content.

By purchasing or subscribing to MapAnim services, you agree to this Refund Policy.


1. REFUND PERIOD

MapAnim offers a 7-day refund period for eligible purchases made through the official MapAnim website.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Refund requests submitted after 7 days may not be accepted unless required by applicable law.


2. WEBSITE PURCHASE REFUNDS

If you purchased MapAnim services through the official MapAnim website, your payment may be processed by Stripe or another authorized third-party payment provider.

Eligible website purchases may include:

  • One-time purchases;
  • Subscriptions;
  • Licenses;
  • Activation keys;
  • Premium features;
  • Credits;
  • Other paid digital services sold through the MapAnim website.

3. APP STORE PURCHASE REFUNDS

If you purchased MapAnim through the Apple App Store, your payment, cancellation, and refund are handled directly by Apple.

MapAnim does not control Apple App Store refund decisions, processing times, or payment methods.

To request a refund for an Apple App Store purchase, you must submit your request through Apple’s official refund system.


4. GOOGLE PLAY PURCHASE REFUNDS

If you purchased MapAnim through Google Play, your payment, cancellation, and refund are handled directly by Google.

MapAnim does not control Google Play refund decisions, processing times, or payment methods.

To request a refund for a Google Play purchase, you must submit your request through Google Play’s official refund system.


5. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically provide a refund for previous payments.

For subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play, you must manage or cancel your subscription through the corresponding platform.

You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue using the paid service.


6. NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

Refunds may not be granted in the following situations:

  • The refund request is submitted after the 7-day refund period;
  • The purchase was made through Apple App Store or Google Play and must be handled by the platform;
  • The user provided incorrect purchase information and we cannot verify the transaction;
  • The user violated MapAnim’s Terms of Service;
  • The user abused the refund policy;
  • The service has already been substantially used, consumed, exported, downloaded, or activated;
  • The issue was caused by the user’s device, network, third-party app, operating system, or unsupported environment;
  • The user forgot to cancel a subscription before renewal;
  • The user changed their mind after the refund period ended.

This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.


7. REFUND PROCESSING TIME

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, or payment method.

MapAnim is not responsible for delays caused by Stripe, app stores, banks, card issuers, or other third-party payment providers.


8. LICENSE AND ACCESS AFTER REFUND

Once a refund is approved and processed, your access to the refunded paid service may be cancelled, disabled, downgraded, or revoked.

This may include access to:

  • Premium features;
  • Paid templates;
  • Export functions;
  • Subscription benefits;
  • License keys;
  • Credits;
  • Other paid services.

You must stop using any refunded paid service after the refund is completed.


9. ABUSE OF REFUND POLICY

MapAnim reserves the right to refuse refund requests if we reasonably believe that the refund policy is being abused.

Refund abuse may include:

  • Repeated purchases and refund requests;
  • Using paid features and then repeatedly requesting refunds;
  • Sharing, reselling, or misusing license keys;
  • Fraudulent payment activity;
  • Attempting to bypass payment or licensing restrictions.

10. CHANGES TO THIS REFUND POLICY

MapAnim may update this Refund Policy from time to time.

Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.

The refund policy in effect at the time of purchase will generally apply to that purchase unless otherwise required by applicable law.
